I have known Boon Tong since we were Primary school classmates. He sat beside me for more than a term. All those funny banter and laughter we shared left me a deep impression of this guy - always jovial and magnanimous. Along the way, we had lost contact. When we reconnected by chance many years after, it still feels to me he is the same old friend I knew, but now with more punch, zest and a determination to do better. He is such a loving father now too. Boon Tong's professionalism at work and helpfulness are hard to conceal. People who had worked with him would easily recognise and point out these traits, so it is unnecessary for me to share further. As a friend, his sincerity is clearly evident in his acts of kindness, humility and his patience in sharing information and knowledge with me. Quick-witted and ever so creative with his answers, he always leave me impressed and laughing uncontrollably. Here I want to share my insights about Boon Tong aka BT – he has many traits, but the one which shines above all is his helpfulness and eye for details. I have known BT since 2014, and he hasn’t changed a bit! He is someone who is always eager to help, lend an ear, and always thinks about making things better. His way of doing things is his signature style – he presents things with meticulous details yet simple to understand – going an extra mile is something we can always expect from him. For example, when we were discussing about getting a few insurance plans for me – he spent hours to discuss my wants and needs, and the following day, he presented me with plans detailing every information that I would need to know so that I can choose what I would. He even got it printed and in a binder, so that I can take my own time to go through it and decide what I would choose. I have met and worked with a numerous professionals in the same domain experience as BT – and unsurprisingly he is far better than anyone I know of – he passion, his willingness to help, his ability to explain complex items in the simplest way possible is something uniquely his style – and these traits are class apart. It has been my absolute honour to have been associated with BT, whom I consider to be among my closest friends and will highly recommend his services to anyone who might be looking for help regarding their healthcare needs and insurance wants.

Ever since Boon (Tong) has became my family trusted Financial Advisor, he has helped me turned the numerous pages of policies into much more digestable information in his own efficient way. I would like to take this opportunity to thank him for being with us these 2 years, giving us advice on insurance and investments.
